Three private villas near Kouklia and Aphrodite Hills, each with its own pool and hot tub
Villa Pleiades, Villa Pontus and Villa Panorama are 3-bedroom vacation villas in Secret Valley (also known as Venus Rock or Ha Potami), a quiet area near Paphos that sits between Kouklia village and the Aphrodite Hills resort and has its own world-class golf course. Each villa sleeps six and has a private swimming pool, a six-person hot tub with views of the Mediterranean and a garden to relax in. We look after the villas ourselves, and booking directly with us is cheaper than through Airbnb or Booking.com.

Which villa suits you?
- Choose Villa Pleiades if you’d like everything on one level, with three king bedrooms that each open onto the patio, and magnificent views straight from the master bedroom and its terrace.
- Choose Villa Pontus if you’d like the bedrooms on a separate floor, a large garden and an outdoor kitchen, and a balcony looking out to sea.
- Choose Villa Panorama if you want an overflow pool and 180° views from the rooftop terrace, all on one level but with the bedrooms in their own wing, away from the living area.

All three villas have air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, a dishwasher and washing machine, parking and an electric vehicle charger.
Location
Secret Valley is a quiet area within the Kouklia municipality, between Kouklia village and the Aphrodite Hills resort. It has its own world-class golf course, and Aphrodite Hills is right next door.
Beaches, golf courses, village taverns and the sights of Paphos are all a short drive away. You’ll find our favorite places in the area guide. A car is recommended.
The villas are a short walk from each other: Villa Pleiades and Villa Panorama are next door to each other, and Villa Pontus is a two-minute walk away, along a path behind the villas.
